Join forces of SOC, SETI develops technology of LED of deep ultraviolet ray

Seoul Trade To China company (SOC) and company of Sensor Electronic Technology of partner of its United States (SETI) announced a few days ago, both sides had finished new-style deep ultraviolet ray (the joint development of Deep-UV)LED, double its output power and service life is existing equipment.
